At Heartland Automotive, we believe continuous improvement starts from within. That’s why we’re proud to share one of our core team-driven initiatives: Quality Circle.
Here, Heartland employees work in teams to take on quality challenges that allow them to identify issues and their causes, create and implement countermeasures, analyze the results, and adjust countermeasure as needed.
It is a hands-on application of the PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act) Cycle, and it empowers our team to make a real impact not just on quality and efficiency, but on our culture of ownership and growth.
